In the attractive rugged grounds of around three acres bordered by natural stone walls, you find a large kidney-shaped swimming pool and a full-sized tennis court – a rarity in this region. There are ancient olive, fig, almond and a variety of other fruit trees which you are welcome to pick fruit from. At the end of the land there is a wall bordered by a forest from which there are spectacular views down onto the plain and the Adriatic sea beyond.

SWIMMING POOL AND GAZEBO
The kidney-shaped swimming pool and surrounding pool area is the perfect place to relax and soak up the Puglian sunshine. Do your best impression of a sun-kissed lizard on a lounger or work off those pizza calories with some lengths in the pool. With steps into the shallow end, it's perfect for families with young children or those less mobile members of your group.

FRUIT AND FLORA
The luscious grounds surrounding the house include a variety of trees and wildflowers. As you behold the sights and smells above, pollinators buzz along the vibrant undergrowth. You can follow the natural trails that wind through the garden, or go off-piste and find your own secluded spot. It's a slice of heaven just outside your front door.
